Refund & Return Policy
We offer a straight forward approach to returning your purchases. We have a seven day money back guarantee* as long as the items are returned to us undamaged, with labels still attached in their original positions, original packaging and in a resalable condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to come up with a solution. Return shipping is at your expense and must be sent well packaged and protected. If you are exchanging your item, you must include a return post bag or ticket. Refunds (less a 20% restocking fee) will be processed via your original payment method once we have examined the returned items. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded, only the price of your purchase (less a 20% restocking fee).
* = Does not include pettipants. Due to health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on these items.
It is your responsibility to make sure you give us your correct delivery address, including if your address is rural. We will ship to exactly the address you provide and will not be held liable if you give us the address wrong, or if there are additional fees as a result of a wrong address.
On certain items, at certain times, we may offer some products on back order. A back order generally means we do not have the item in stock, however there is an order placed with the supplier. While we endeavour to get these items to you as soon as possible, please note orders can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to arrive, depending on our suppliers. When placing a back order on a product, you accept the conditions of a back order.
Occasionally, we will place products ‘on sale’ for a special price. These products are while stocks last and back orders are not available at special prices. Sale items are non refundable, so please double check you have the correct sizing before ordering.
We do our best to provide the highest quality product images on our web site. Please note that certain colours produce differently on a screen and may differ slightly to the finished product. If you have any questions about product colours, please contact us and we will do our best to describe them for you.
Here at Lets Jive, we offer three different means of paying for your order – Paypal, Laybuy and Internet Banking.
PayPal (preferred option)
PayPal is one of the world’s largest payment processing companies and you can complete your purchase in confidence with them. You do not need an account, all you need is your credit card, billing address and they take care of the rest.
With Laybuy, you receive your goods straight away and pay for them over 6 weeks. Laybuy is offered by Laybuy.com and you must meet their terms and conditions (including credit checks) to be eligible to use this service.
We offer the option to complete your order by Internet Banking. Upon confirming your order, you will receive our bank account details and the information you need to provide in the reference section. Please ensure you do this as it will help speed up dispatch of your order. We will ship your order once payment has been cleared in our account, which can be anywhere from 1 – 3 working days.
Currently, we do not offer any other means of paying for your order.
